First of all let us be frank saying that we cannot overcome loneliness. But do not get disheartened as there are definite some cure to this. here are some steps which you can take when you are feeling lonely.
1. Talk or call some one you love. A person with whom you feel greatly refreshed when you talk.
2. Go out with your near and dear friends or plan a small party with them.
3. Though it sounds funny you can dance with your favorite tune or try some new moves.
4. Do not log into your Facebook account. It may make you feel more lonely by seeing others happy.
5. Go to an area where you can volunteer. Try to do some charitable work.
6.Try to cry which would empty your heart.
7. Listen to some inspiring talks.
8. Watch some funny videos.
9. Go to your Gym or do Yoga.
10. Adopt a pet of your choice.
