Big Chest Day | Konate Officials

This was my 1st chest session of the week. It is carefully constructed to shock my muscles, for maximum exertion of gainz.

I like to start with dumbbell presses for a warm-up, and finish with cable isolation, or the pec fly machine.

The reason the exercises are so varied is for growth. If you want to see improvements, don’t allow your body to get familiar with a single routine. The aim is to tear different fibres every session, for better growth and repair.
